Our magnificently appointed Baker Room conference facility is comfortably equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling) and easily accessible cloakrooms.
The room is bathed in natural light with the doors of the facility opening onto the beautiful gardens, offering views of the forested slopes of Table Mountain. We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests seated “cinema style” and smaller numbers in other seating configurations. Additionally, we are readily able to accommodate “breakaway” groups in our Drawing or Sun room.
Available equipment includes a ceiling / wall mounted “pull-down” screen, flat screen TV, flipchart, data projector, Telkom telephone lines, multiple wall electrical connections and wireless internet connectivity.
Any additional equipment requirements will be hired on your behalf. Dependant on the number of guests (and the weather), conference lunches and / or dinners are ordinarily served in either our restaurant or on the outdoor terrace. Pre-lunch or dinner drinks or cocktails are ordinarily served in our Champagne bar which leads onto the terrace.
